My name is Sheryl Abbott and I will be your instructor for Business Math. I have a Bachelors Degree in Biology from Northern Illinois University and my MBA from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

I started working for Barstow College in 1998 teaching the Functional Academic Skills Training Course. It was a natural transition to start teaching college level business courses once I had completed my MBA in 2000. I have taught Introduction to Business, Investment Management, Human Resource Management and Business math for Barstow College over the past 10 years.

In addition to adjunct on-line teaching, I own and operate a successful industrial embroidery company in upstate New York.

Well, here we are ready to embark on this online adventure into the interesting world of business. I hope that you will enjoy taking this class as much as I will teaching it.
