About the Instructor: Mr. Schrader

I have been involved in the construction/maintenance trades for over 35 years. These have included the electrical, refrigeration, hydraulic, machinist, welding, plumbing, carpentry and masonry trades. I currently work in the cryogenic/microwave fields for the Goldstone Tracking Station in support of the Deep Space Network.

I have been an instructor at Barstow Community College for 30+ years in the fields of "Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning" and "Industrial Electrical Applications".

In this class, I hope to provide you a basis to further your career in the electrical field or at the very least, provide you with some insight as to whether you would want to pursue the electrical field as a career.
