About the Instructor: Ms. Nunes

My name is Nancy Nunes-Gill. I am married to a wonderful man and together we have 5 beautiful children – two sons and three daughters. We have two chocolate labs and a cat. We enjoy anything that involves being outdoors.

I have been in the Early Childhood field for 19 years. I worked for a Head Start/State Preschool program for 12 years in Northern California. While there I worked with the Infant/Toddler and State Preschool program. I re-located to Southern California and became a Site Coordinator working with 3 and 4 year olds in the SBCSS – State Preschool programs. Our site has an enrollment of 240 children of varied ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds.

I am very excited to be teaching the Child Growth and Development class. I look forward to working with you.
