ENGL 50 -- Ms. Shreve -- Micrograde Instructions -- Barstow College

Instructions for Micrograde:

1. Go to Micrograde link: http://www.eclassinfo.com/ For easy access make this a favorite.

2. When prompted, enter Barstow under the school heading.

3. Once the "Search" is complete, there may be multiple choices. Select "Penny Shreve at Barstow Community College"

Also, once you have found the page you can save that page as a favorite or go straight to: http://www.eclassinfo.com/home.asp?id=pshreve

4. Next should appear a list of courses.

5. Select YOUR class from the list

6. A login page appears.

Student ID is your student B#
Password is your student B#

7. Click the login button.

Your name, ID number, letter Grade, Total Points, and grade sheet should appear.
The grade sheet will show a breakdown of grades per assignment.

Helpful Hints

At top of page shows Total Points - 236/445 means 236 points have been earned out of a possible 445 points to date.
? – If you see a ? that means no grade has been entered yet for that assignment
If an assignment is not visible, it has not been entered yet, or grades have not been uploaded.
Assignment grades may take up to one week to be entered into the program and uploaded.

Letter grade at the top of the page does not include the weight of any question mark assignments

IMPORTANT!!!!

If there are any questions regarding posted grades, feel free to e-mail me.
Do NOT wait until the end of semester to discuss grades on assignments posted earlier in session.
