About the Instructor: Ms. Wojtkiewicz

In 1995, my life journey took a complete turn and I ended back at Barstow College to complete courses for my degree. In 1998 my class celebrated in our achievements and I gratefully held my scholarships in hand and prepared for the next leg of my journey. I attended Park University to complete my psychology and sociology classes while taking online courses through the World Office Light and Life for Free Methodists. This was a journey I will never forget. So many teachers, professors, and scholars have made a tremendous impact in my journey to prepare me for my next leg of the race to earn my Masters. I entered Azusa Pacific University, Azusa, in 1999. My schedule was planned so I could take 3 to 4 classes on Mondays to allow the driving to be minimized, although, the last class I need to take was held in San Diego, which was the preparation of my thesis, philosophy of ministry, which I presented in Spring prior to another celebrated event May 3, 2003. On May 10, 2003, I was Ordained as an Elder in the Free Methodist Church. While I attended Azusa, I worked and did Assistant Pastor work in Barstow with children and recovery support ministries. In March 2003, my husband and I gave birth to the first daughter church from Barstow, which we planted in Yermo. Today, besides working with children and recovery ministries, I check in on people who are in need. I visit hospitals and counsel individuals, couples, and families. I celebrate in the life I have in America and the freedom to have an education and be a female Pastor without persecution. My desire is to invest my education and knowledge into others and make an impact in other lives as was given to me. The desire of one's heart is attainable; you just have to persevere the journey.

My husband and I will be celebrating 35 years in June. We have 3 great adult children with incredible spouses. We have been blessed with 5 granddaughters and 1 grandson. One of my favorite things to do is spend time with family, especially the grandkids, and sharing Disneyland and traveling. It is relaxing and rewarding to get away and getting to appreciate all that is around me. I love the High Desert and all its beauty.

The newest adventure I have been involved in is a motorcycle ministry called "Black Sheep Harley Davidson For Christ". We are located in 27 states; we minister by serving at blood drives, events, and hospitals. We create rides and activities for fellowship and fun.
