About the Instructor: Ms. Goins

Robin Goins holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Golden Gate University, a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University, and is currently working on her PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University as well. She is an experienced online instructor, and serves as faculty for several well respected colleges and universities. She has over 8 years of extensive experience in the online instruction medium.

Robin is an experienced executive coach and trainer, working with middle to C level executives, and coaching them on life and career management strategies. In addition, she has over 30 years of experience in business and management, having worked in the construction and home building industries for the majority of that time. She serves on the Board of the Southern California Purchasing Council and is Editor and Chief of their quarterly newsletter, and is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) She also serves as a paid consultant to the Gerson Lehrman Real Estate Consulting Group supplying research and advising on a myriad of subjects, including home building and commercial construction.
